Why Jira is giving this error "we couldn't save the issue summary"

for one out of 20 eics, when I'm trying to update the summary, jira is giving below error.

Can anyone tell why and how to fix it?

Is the summary field in the edit screen ? Also are you sure there is not a workflow property in the workflow for the status you are in when it failed to save ?
