What are the commonly used marketplace apps for managing skills of support agents?

I am trying to learn about the top marketplace apps for support agent skill management - defining a skill taxonomy/hierarchy, assigning skills, tracking team progress etc.

Would love any pointers!

You can run the search for yourself! As you see there are several apps that address this use case, so you will need to further narrow your search.

Practical tips:

* If you are looking for a free solution, then use that filter.
* Among the resulted apps, the number of installations metric is a good indicator of "commonly used".

You could set such a matrix using assets as you are using JSM premium.

This article is old and based on on-prem installation, but it should give you pointer on how to set this up.
