Hello,

I would like to know how many users can access an organization composed of multiple projects. For example, is it possible to synchronize more than a thousand users from Azure?

Could you provide me with documentation that clarifies this aspect, as well as the relationship between the identity provider and the organization for managing permissions, groups, and users?

Hi @Chiara 

The user sync limit per group from an identity provider is actually 35,000 users, not 10,000. Exceeding this limit can lead to performance issues.

• Additionally, the SCIM integration limit has been increased to 70,000 users, although a group limit of 20,000 members is in place to maintain performance.
• It's also important to note that Atlassian Cloud has a total user sync limit of 150,000 users from an identity provider to a single cloud organization.
• To ensure optimal performance, it's crucial to carefully plan group structures and be aware of these limits when setting up user provisioning and identity provider integration, especially for larger organizations.
