I am unable to see backlog and active sprint view
Hi @ushma_nair Welcome to the Community!
You have a Business Type Project and the view you are asking for is available in Software project types.
@Manoj Kumar Gangwar Can you guide if project type can be converted from Business type to Software Type?
Under project settings, I can see it as JIRA - Software project.
