Hi There. Is there any way to backup avatars together with all the data? In case I want to move to a standalone server. Obviously I don't have an access to <jira-home>/data/avatars/ in cloud

You can just create an issue with us at https://support.atlassian.com and we will be happy to backup them and place it in your Webdav folder so you can download it.
