Forge Deploy Fails - any advise is appreciated

The failure is because of the package `@statsig/client-core` gets 403 from artifactory while running `forge deploy`. This package has been blocked since it does not have license information.

Is there anyway I can work around this 403 issue? Thanks in advance.
