Certainly, Microsoft Forms and Jira don't have a native integration. Connecting them directly is not possible without using Power Automate. The challenge lies in the lack of a built-in bridge between the two platforms.

• Microsoft Forms lacks a feature to send form responses directly to Jira.
• Jira doesn't natively support importing Microsoft Forms responses.

Power Automate serves as the official connector, enabling seamless integration between Microsoft Forms and third-party apps like Jira. You can also give a try with APIs or third-party tools
