I am getting Issue ID error during csv bulk import

Question

While doing bulk import with user stories to my project in CSV format, i am facing the below issue. since the stories will be created after imports the issue id column is left blank. and there no unwanted characters inside the CSV as well though getting this error continuously.

We found 1 error in your import

* Formatting error: The data in the following CSV columns must match the selected field’s formatting style. Check and correct the format in the CSV column before restarting the import or remove the column from import.* Issue ID

looks like you are using External System Import.

Assuming your project exists, can you go to

Filters -> View all issues

Then click on ... and select import issues from csv.

Can you try from here and see if it works for you?

If not adding the ISSUE ID column then it throwing an error,  or should i try giving the issue columns as issue -1, issue- 2? pls refer the attached pic
