Tem como eu consultar via JQL se a tarefa está no painel ou no backlog ? Ou trazer isso segregado de forma massiva ?

Em que tipo de projetos as tarefas estão? Obtenha as informações do Tipo de projeto na página Exibir todos os projetos no menu Projetos.
Você está trabalhando com quadros Scrum ou quadros Kanban?
Para quadros Scrum, apenas os problemas em Sprints ativos são exibidos no quadro. Você pode consultar tarefas em Sprints ativos usando a função openSprints():

Are you trying to look at a specific and explicit list of tasks to determine if they are on the board or in the backlog?
What type of projects are the tasks in? Get the project Type information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
Are you working with Scrum boards or Kanban boards?
For Scrum boards only the issues in Active Sprints are displayed on the board. You can query for tasks in Active Sprints using the openSprints() function:

Qual é o texto completo na coluna Tipo na página Exibir todos os projetos? Além de dizer "software", em um ambiente Jira Cloud também deve dizer "Gerenciado pela empresa" ou "Gerenciado pela equipe".
Você está trabalhando com Sprints em um quadro Scrum ou com um quadro Kanban que não usa sprints?
What is the complete text in the Type column on the View All Projects page? In addition to saying "software", in a Jira Cloud environment it should also say "Company-managed" or "Team-managed".
