Jira widget seems to be down ?

Hi Team,

We had enabled Jira widget for service desk in our dashboard. We are not seeing the widget anymore.
I came in to check the settings in the board and I see the attached error. Is Jira Settings having issues ?

Can you try another browser or incognito window, if this doesn't work, contact Atlassian Support

I check multiple project on my instance and I can view the widget.

Looking at https://status.atlassian.com/ there are no active incidents on Jira,
