How much percentage of Jira users are using Zephyr?

we don't have a usage metric to determine which add-ons are actively being used or who is using the app at the moment. I apologize for the inconvenience caused here.

But you can get in touch with each vendor individually and ask them to check their logs to understand if the application is being used or not.

This situation is already tracked on the following Improvement requests and gathering interested customers.

• Kindly navigate to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/
• Search for the app you want to identify the vendor : Zephry
• Go to the support section > click on Submit a support request
