A project was created in Jira Cloud to be able to share the schedule with clients, however, only the administrator can view and edit the project, the other team members cannot, why does this happen? We use Jira Cloud Free.

You need to assign product access to the users in Atlassian administration

If this is done, then you need to grant the users project role
