Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Does this concern the Pi Network?
You may have ended up here because Pi Network uses the Atlassian Jira Service Management product for people to contact their support team. There has been a problem with their JSM system that has resulted in it not being accessible.
Where you have ended up is a user community for users of Atlassian products. As users we cannot resolve the issue Pi Network is having with their copy of the JSM product.
I would suggest you use any of the other options to contact the team listed here, https://minepi.com/safety/
