Im having a hard time in Jira

I didnt even notice that, it was in a standard description and I just remember going for the free plan. Now my Jira is deactivated, and I have information there that I need for my project. How do I get it back? Everytime I click support it keeps leading me to the same page with sets of questions and its get overwhelming that I couldn't find contact support.
