Automation - subtasks made and assigned

Hi

I want to make automation, that whenever i run automation, those people, who are in "participants" field, would get subtasks assigned to them

Problem is that the automation works perfectly when there is only me as "participants" but not when there are others, it makes the tasks, but do not assign them

Please post images of the Advanced Branch and of the audit log details showing the rule execution (with all of the areas expanded).

Until we see those...

For variable names (such as with Advanced Branches) I recommend not using the same names as existing fields / smart values.  That will confuse people and the rule.  Your rule apparently uses participants as the variable, which is the same name as the field.  Try always adding a prefix to avoid confusion, such as varParticipant.

Next, smart values are name, spacing, and case-sensitive.  Your branch variable has capitalized Participants but the Create Issue action uses that as lower-cased.  However, that problem is likely overshadowed by the first one I noted.
