approves and additional participants fields

Question

Hello,

I have two fields on my request and I linked:

Field1 - Approvers
Field2 - Additional participants

Field1 - Requester should be able to select people from organization
Field2 - Requester should be able to type any mail address from any domain

When I go to fill request from my admin account, works without problems, and when I tried with any customer account, it loads empty field.

Have you gon over the steps outlined in this article, allow-customers-to-choose-approvers

Be aware that the project you use is based on a company managed project, you use a team managed project.
