Project not sending notifications

I have a new project and, as usual, I want reporters to receive notifications of some events (creation, resolution closing,...) but no one is receiving the emails.

I wonder if there is something related to the permissions or the issue security.

Also I am using some automation rules in this project...

Hi @Joan Andreu Juan Torrens , is it an issue for all reporters? Is it specific to this project, I.e. are reporters receiving emails when creating issues in other projects?

Hi Jack,

Yes. This scheme is just for this project. Other projects with their own notification schemes receive the notifications.

Just for test purpose it would be interesting to add a specific user to the notification scheme create event and see if they are notified.

Hi Jack, I added myself to the notification scheme as you suggested... and I receive the emails:

But the reporters are still not receiving these emails.

In this project, the reporters are not part of the People in Project Settings. Would that be the thing?
