Hi,

I am facing an issue to access below JIRA ticket:

Getting this error: "You don't have access to this issue"

There could be several reasons why you are unable to access the issue.

* First, are you able to access other issues from the same project FRES? If not, then you dont have permission to access the project itself. You can check with your project/jira admin to provide you FRES project permission.

* If you are able to access other issues from the project, then there must be issue security in place for this issue FRES-3073. You can check with your project/jira admin regarding this and have them add you to the issue security level that is in place for this issue.

Could you please confirm  if this is the only issue are unable to access in this project or all the issues ?

Could you please check below

- If you have the browse permission to the project

- If there is any issue security level set in the project that is set that is restricting this? There could be a possibility that issue security is set on the project and they issue is restricted

Or could the issue be deleted and you received any notifications from the project notification scheme?

You may also contact support here : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ so that team cam further check in the DB to see if the issue deleted or moved to any other project
