@Reggie_Hicks Can you be more clear about what you are trying to do? Is the problem that you aren't able to change the value in the Assignee field or something else?
Yes the issue is the customer is unable to change the value in the assignee field
I would check the customer's permission for the project.
the user have project admin permissions along with scrum master permissions, so what else what else could it be?
