A Confluence space whose previous administrator has left the company, and I am unable to modify the logo, key, name, etc. What should I do?

Your confluence system admin can regain the space admin access by accessing space permissions tab. Direct url: https://<yourdomain URL>/wiki/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action. Then admin can grant required access to you.
