Please kindly help, in my team, we have regulations, before released version, need to approval from approvers, all approvers are our internal team. Please kindly help, why they did not receive any notifications.

You need to go to the Customer Notifications and enable (and modify if you wish) the approval notifications.
The Jira project notifications won't send on approvals only the customer notifications
