Anyone have users not able to transition issues in Safari

Currently, we do not have any issues going on with tickets not being able to transition in Safari Browser.

Could you share with us in detail the exact error users are facing?

I would request you to try few things:

* Try clearing cookies and cache of the Safari browser or open an incognito mode of the browser and test.
* Try with a different browser and see if that works
* Please validate if there are any plugins installed and if yes, could you uninstall them and test.
* Please make sure the Safari browser is on a latest version.
