Atlassian.

Hello,

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What you want to do is not possible.

A subscription plan applies to the entire product, not to specific users of the product. You cannot have some users of the product using features available in the Premium plan and others using features only from the Standard plan.

If you want to retain the Premium plan features for some users of the Jira product, you will have to pay the Premium subscription plan price for all users of the Jira product.

Some of the Premium plan features, like Advanced Roadmaps Plans, include the ability to limit access, but you still pay for the feature to be available for all users.

Adding the Standard Plan to the Premium Plan

Good afternoon.

Please tell me how to add new users to the Jira Standard Plan.

There is currently a Jira Premium Plan, and I want to keep it for select users.

goal: to have 2 Jira Plans: Standard and Premium. and to have 3 user groups: a group using the Standard Plan and a group using the Premium Plan
