Adding multiple attachments to internal comment not working anymore.

Question

Hello!

Previously I use to be able to add 6-15 images to an internal comment and they would all add successfully. Now whenever I tried to add images to internal comments, only half of them will successfully upload. This appears to be a newly introduced bug that I would appreciate if it was fixed. Any ideas for a workaround while this isn't functioning would be appreciated!

Hi @Jake Wanningen

Sorry to hear about this problem. I have created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1104046 so that someone from our Jira Service Management support team can take a closer look at your environment to investigate further.

I will flag here and see if someone from Atlassian can come take a look.

Hey!

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I do not have admin permissions within our Jira instance but I will try to get this escalated with those who do. Do you have any suggested work arounds? I am getting to the point where I am just going to zip the files and just upload that instead.
