Good day When I am creating a ticket the CSD service doesn't automatically create a JIRA a Devsupp ticket. I use to be able to get this process automated but now it doesn't do it anymore.

Its been such a long time since we dealt with him and the person who was in contact with him is no longer working with us, Are you able to check who that person is and share the details with me.
Unfortunately no. We are community that try to help everyone but with general questions or specific one but when user is giving us lot of details. We never have access to any instance.
