iTrack Filter issue

Just this morning, the issues under the SAC Open Issues filter disappeared. I do see them if i click on "issues" in that filter. What happened? How can I get it to show again? Please see image below. Thank you

please verify that you have "Browse issue" permission for project/s in that filter.
