Several external approved users just lost access to Jira project. It was checked with internal users that they have access.

You need to check with your Organization jira admin if there was any changes in project permissions or customer permissions in project setting.

From the screenshot that you have posted, they do not have product access to Jira. Check User management and needed users check if the toggle for Jira is turned off or on. Most possibly its off.
