how to add a screen to transition in "new workflow editor"?

Question

The other day I created a new business project.  Today I am trying to add a popup screen to one of the workflow transitions and I am not seeing how to do it in the New workflow editor and I don't have the option to switch back to the old editor like I do on my older projects.  Can someone tell me how I can edit the transition to add a screen?

Aha!   OK, I will probably move it to a company managed business projects.   Hopefully that will work.

@Colleen Gotling, I have checked and the option is unavailable for the Team Managed Business projects.

Thank you but as you can see from my screenshot, I don't have that option.   Any idea why that specific option would be missing?  I am the org admin, site admin, and pretty much everything else so I would think I have the correct permissions.
