How can I update template or predefined inputs in a specific field?

Hi!

 

I have been checking this one and could not find how to update this.

Our contractor who created or updated our "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done" fields have configured a pre-defined set of inputs when we create any stories.

There was a request to update the pre-defined inputs in these fields and I cannot find where it is located. 

I would like to seek your assistance on this one.

Are these fields used in a Company Managed  project or a Team Managed project? Get that information from the Type column for the project's entry on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

If they are used in a Company Managed project then the lists of values for the fields are defined in the Context for the fields. Refer to this documentation for how to update Field Contexts:

If the fields are used in a Team Managed project, they may be either globally defined fields that are also accessible in Company Managed projects, or they may be custom fields defined for that specific Team Managed project. If the former, the instructions above apply. If the latter, you manage the selection list options for Team Managed project custom fields in that project's Project Settings area, selecting Issues, then the issue type where the field is used, and then you will see the fields in the panel in the center of the screen.
