I'm trying to track the start of an activity such as for the start date, but with start hour instead.
Is it possible to configure it in Jira?

Hello, @Kirey Group Service Desk . Welcome to the Atlassian community!You can create a new "Data Time Picker" custom field. With this field you will be able to input date and time info to track both of them.To create a new custom field you should go to Settings > Issues > Custom Fields (on the left menu) > Create custom fieldHere is the Data time Picker field type:
