Sprint Health Gadget/Issues for Attention Insight - What should the Blocked tab show?

Hello, I'm in an active sprint I was looking at my Sprint Health gadget, what data should I expect to see in the "Blocked" category?

 

How is Jira determining within a sprint what issues are considered to be Blocked? is there a particular data point that needs to be set?

I believe that is based on using issue links with a type of "Blocks": https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/understand-insights-on-the-board-in-company-managed-projects/
