Team Field no longer working in Recurring Tasks

Question

Up until 2 weeks ago, our recurring tasks were working fine, but then the field for "Team" stopped showing my Team and so the tasks were getting lost into the ether.

I looked at the tasks to see if I could add my Team back in, but the field just perpetually loads. The drop-down arrow no longer works and I cannot type the name of my team manually into the field.

I get the same result from any browser.
I did clean my device history.
I did turn it off and on again.
I get the same error when I try to load a new recurring task.

Have you got any suggestions for how to fix the Team field on our Recurring Tasks?

Hello @Atlass Monster,

Thank you for taking time to answer my question. :-)
We do find the team listed on the People Search Page.
The broken Team Field will not allow us to see or add any Team, it just continually loads, even when we try to add a brand new recurrent task.

As far as reports show, this is the only feature that is broken.

It's a tricky one.

Is your team still there are a structure? If you go to "Your Comp Name .atlassian.net/jira/people/search"  do you see your mates as a team or as an individuals?

Is the team field the only thing that's broken for you?
