I have access to two orgs.
I want to move a Confluence page from source org to target org (where I am also an org admin)
Is there a way to move one page without exporting a space and importing into a new space.

There is an app for that - Space Sync for Confluence by Ricksoft.
Not only it copies the page, it syncs the content between two spaces, so you only need to update it in one of them. Although bi/multidirectional sync is also supported.

Other than that, you're left with a good old copy/paste.
