Hello,
I don't see Epic Link and Epic name in my fields
Please help thank you
Hello @Hina Imtiaz
What type of project are you using?
Epic Name has been deprecated. You will no longer find that field available in Company Managed projects. And it was never available for Team Managed projects.
Similarly Epic Link has been deprecated and you should now use Parent instead.
@Hina Imtiaz
Can you check if these appear under Hide when empty section?
in my Jira cloud instance i see them
Thank you for your information , I am trying to import epics with issues from Excel to Jira,I can import them but my issues doesn't get linked with the epics, even though I use patent as epic link
Thank you
Assuming, the epic that is mentioned in CSV file exists, can you share below details
Into what type of project are you importing issues?
Are you trying to create the Epic and the child issues during import, or do the Epics already exist in Jira before the import?
Are the Epics in the same project where you are trying to create the child issues?
Can you provide an example of your import data, and details of how you are mapping the import data fields to Jira fields?
How are you accessing the import function?
Yes Vishal i see Epic link as Parent in jira , but when i run to import and as for Epic link i use parent i get error message? thank you
