As I understand your are an admin of Jira right? Not exactly sure what might be wrong. In Jira Cloud there is not an easy way to get logs or something and this error do not help much..
Actually maybe since you are using Premium not Free plan to actually contact support directly and they would check what might be actually a problem on "their end"?
