Hi,
It seems to me that the following issue has been resolved with the release 9.1
Issue
[CONFSERVER-45898] URLs should be based on pageID instead of pageTitle - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
Release note 9.1
Confluence 9.1 release notes | Confluence Data Center 9.2 | Atlassian Documentation
Is that correct? If yes, is possible to convert already existing pages within spaces having the URL format "Pretty": https://confluence.example.com/display/SPACEKEY/Page+Titleto the new URL format: https://confluence.example.com/spaces/SPACEKEY/pages/pageId/Page+TitleAnd to set a configuration that forces the new URL format by default converting the old "pretty" format? On behalf of Genossenschaft Migros Zürich,Thierry Loew
Hi @Thierry Loew,
Yes, that is correct. Confluence Data Center 9.1.0 has the new format for page URLs.
Page URLs will be automatically converted to the new format during the upgrade to Confluence 9.1.x or later versions, no manual URL conversion steps are required. The new URL format is the default one.
Hope it helps!
