Remove users of the service desk

Hello,

We have a Jira Service Desk in place, with e-mail accounts for users. Some users are outdated and we want to remove them. How we can this?

It is on the main page and not within a group or something, because then you have a trash bin icon in use.

The following is for Jira Cloud with the 'enhanced user experience'

Just removing the customer from Project Settings - People didn't make it disappear from the Customers list in my JSM project.

After talking to Support, they gave me this answer which is what worked for me to remove a customer account:

Go to Settings - User management.
Select Products from the top navigation bar.
Select the Site name from the Sites and Products on the left hand side.
From the sidebar under Jira Service Management, select Portal customers.
Find the customer name you wish to delete -> more .
Select Delete account.

The answer you provided isn't what I looked for.

To be more detailed: it is on the projects page - service desk management - customers. We have Groups with e-mail adressess in it. At the end of those groups you have a trash bin icon.

On the main page, we have also e-mail adresses. We want to clean this up, because there are names mentioned, that are need to be deleted. You we can have them deleted?
