Unexpected text replacement in our Wiki

Question

We have documented on our wiki a series of email addresses that have suddenly been replaced by Confluence with the "email Protected" text without being able to recover the addresses that were previously there. We do not know why, but we urgently need to know what addresses were there before they were replaced by this system message.

Do you look at the page history ?

To view the history of a page:

* 
Go to the page and choose 
More options

> Page History

* Choose a version number to view the content of that version

I have edited the wiki page and the email addresses have been automatically recovered, therefore the problem has been solved..... (?)
