I am not seeing any remaining time in a report from the Financial Manager, even though I have estimated it. What do I have to do, to get this information in a report?

Are you using "Financial Manager - Jira Project Cost Tracking" app from Tempo Software? If yes, I would recommend submitting a support request to them directly for a faster resolution.
