Cannot delete my organization called dmmanalo

Question

Hello,

I am unable to delete an organization that I created called "dmmanalo". I want to start over with a new organization, but I want to remove this one I created before. I cannot, unfortunately delete it because "Delete organization" is grayed out.

And also when I cant seem to remove the products

Dennis Manalo · Answer

Yes, I just did the cancellation of the subscription of the Jira and Jira service management products products so I can delete my organization. Given the 15-day period for the cancellation to take effect, I will wait before I try to delete my organization again.

Thanks! Will share my feedback if it still doesn't work.

Ah you cancelled the subscription recently?

Refer to 'How soon can you delete the organization?' section in the link shared earlier->

Removing products from your organization can take several weeks. To reduce the risk of accidental data loss, products aren’t fully deactivated until 15 days after the date the cancellation takes effect. This is usually the renewal date for monthly subscriptions or the date communicated to you by our team for annual subscriptions.

Thanks @Fazila Ashraf for the welcome and for your instructions.

So I tried to cancel Jira and Jira Service Management and while they're still showing on the Products page -- they're saying that they're currently unavailable.

So I tried to delete my org again,  but the "Delete Organization" button is still grayed out.
