How do I retrieve just the organisation name in Automation - rather than ServiceDeskOrganizationBean

Using Automation in JSM, I am sending an email notification, using the following to include the reporter's name and organisation:

From: {{issue.reporter.displayName}} at {{issue.customfield_10002}}

However, the second part displays as:

ServiceDeskOrganizationBean{id='ID', name='ORGNAME'}

How do I make this only display ORGNAME?

Have you try - {{issue.Organizations.name}}?
