Action menu options overlapped with headers of context fields

Two users are experiencing issues with the action menu (meatball menu) fields overlapped with headers of context fields.
Different fields overlapped depending on position of the sidebar with context fields.

Troubleshooting:
1) Reproduced this issue in different JSM projects
2) Cleared cache / cookies
3) Reproduced in another browser (Chrome, Edge) and in incognito mode (without allowed extensions)
4) Restarted laptop
5) Confirmed up-to-date software and the latest available Chrome / Edge version

This is a css bug that should be reported to Atlassian Support. This forum cannot help you any further with this. It's good that you tested this on multiple browsers with cleared cache and cookies. Do mention that in the ticket.
