Not able to set Security Level

I have created security scheme with security level for a project. But I am not able to set security issue for new or old tickets.

I have checked permission. Any logged in user has permission to set security level. I am admin.

Got the issue. I am Org Admin but I still need to add my self in Jira Project Admin group as well.

Welcome to the community !!

Please check if your project is configured with the created security scheme.
Go to your project --> Project settings --> Issues --> Security
Check if the required users/groups are granted Set Issue Security permission in the project level
