Where is the option available to set priority of bug , severity of bug
from respective dropdowns in Jira.
Can anyone please guide me ? Thank You in advance !!!

What have you tried and where are you getting stuck? Priority is a system field that you should be able to select a predefined value from when you create or edit an issue:
Severity is another field. As long as you / your Jira administrator makes sure these fields are added to the screens in your project, you should be able to select the desired options.
