Adding Custom Attribute for new project page ( Urgent help )

Hi Everyone, unfortunately I cannot find an answer to my question below. I hope you can help me.

Question: When I open a new project in Jira, I want to make changes to the relevant page. For example: When I create a new project, I want to add a new custom attribute like a single option dropdown. Like adding it anywhere on this page.

Have you searched the Atlassian Marketplace to look for a third party app that would provide functionality similar to what you want?

Are you looking for suggestions of apps that might suit your needs? I've never used such apps, do I don't have any specific recommendations. However here is a search link for apps that come up when I search for project properties and add Jira Cloud as filtering options.

I don't have any documentation, but third-party solutions, Forge, etc. seem to be solutions. Since I don't know the programming language and there is no solution to this in Jira's standard features, I had to write it here.

Jira does not offer that sort of functionality. Are you referencing some documentation that tells you it does?
