Can I use CSV import for creating issues?

Question

Hello, Jira community.

Our team is using two JIRA project.
One is the project we use with our customer and another one, we only use this in the team.
Some of these tickets are same but others are not because the project we only use in the team have more tickets that are broken down from the tickets we created from customer.

It is pretty much work to make same tickets for two projects.

So what I want to ask : Can I make CSV file and import and let it create ticket from it ?
How can I make the proper CSV style to make it apply to the JIRA import ?

So, you want to import issues with a parent-child relationship. If that's the case, then you need to consider the Parent & ID column of your Sheet.

For Example I want to import 2 Epic & it's child my Sheet will look like this

While Importing Mapping will be

CSV Column                ---->                          Jira Field

Issue Type                   ---->                       Issue Type        Check the Box

Id                                ---->                       Issue ID

Summary                    ---->                       Summary          Check the Box

Parent                         ---->                       Parent

Thank you for your help !

I read the article and I thought it would be easier for me to sheet in excel and change it into 
CSV format. 
So I made the excel sheet like down below, putting some category that i want to show on Jira.
(Don't mind about the blank. I didn't fill in categories since I made it for the translation, I have my own CSV already filled in)

I also want to put Epic so that the issue on the sheet get categorized into the indicated Epic.

So What I want to know :  How can I make the issues categorized into the indicated Epics by CSV importing?)
Although I tried to find the category called Epic,I couldn't fine it from field mapping.
