What is Procedure to change Jira Admin Email ID ?

HI, This is Margi from CIMCON Infotech. Currently we are using Jira Admin Email ID as m_shah@cimcon.com. Billing details are coming in this email id. Now we want to change this to some another email id and remove this one. What is procedure for this and how long this will take ?
