Can Forms in JSM have time-based fields?

Hello Community!

I am trying to create a Planned Maintenance form.  Within the form I am trying to create two unique (custom) fields. 

1.  The first is Duration which is a calculation or difference between the start and stop timers.

2.  The second is a manual field I want the actual downtime.

We can have a 2hr planned maintenance window, but the downtime could be 10 to 15min.

 

How do I create these two fields?

Hi @Steven Grossman , so for JSM forms there are a few "date" fields, e.g. duedate, change completion date, change start date. These are not specifically time only but date and time. For your first requirement I would use Automation to derive the calculated field from the start and end date-time fields. For the actual downtime I would just use a number field and title it in minutes so the user enters 72 (minutes) vs. 1:12 or similar as an example.
