Is there any way to add a tooltip when hovering over a card?
hi @Patrick Tabb , welcome to the community.
Not natively and I am unaware of any addon for this but you can scour the Marketplace.
HI @Patrick Tabb
You can use the Tooltip macro to accomplish this use case, to learn more - How to add tooltips in Confluence Cloud: 5 simple steps

So @Humashankar VJ answer had me second guessing things.
@Patrick Tabb , you posted in Confluence collection but mention hovering over "cards". Is this a Jira question or Confluence question?
You weren't wrong, @Jack Brickey; the first step on the page @Humashankar VJ linked to is to install a 3rd-party app from the Marketplace.
