Restrict users from modifying the original estimate field once it has been created

As an admin, I am the only one authorized to modify the Original Estimate, and no other users should be able to change its value.

Is there a way to restrict users from editing the Original Estimate field?

Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as it is an urgent requirement.

Hey @SAzaruddin.mp ,

For company-managed projects, a valid workaround without additional apps is 

• not having the field of interest on the edit screen
• adding the field of interest on a transition screen
• have a global reflexive transition (from any status to itself,) adding the transition screen with your field of interest
• add a condition to this transition, e.g. via user in group or project role matching with the users who should be eligible to run the transition/edit the field.
